Hello guys! sorry for being mia for quite some time. Blogging really does take more effort than it looks and it is really hard to post regularly since i am on my exchange program and there’s just so much going on lately Anyway enough of my rambling haha cause today i will be sharing with you guys a tribal/ugly christmas sweater nail art design i did recently. I am kinda obsessed with simple yet chic nail art designs. I know some people love really detailed nail art like drawing faces of characters or nail designs that spans across fingers. Ok, i hope i make sense and you guys understand what i mean, you know, those nail art that only makes sense if you put all your fingers together to see the whole picture? lol i suck at describing. I know those nail art requires a lot of patience and looks really amazing but i don’t really fancy walking around with really complex looking nails. My favourite kind of nail art is definitely the full nail pattern that looks well put together. I just think that they are so chic and flattering and i just really love the uniformity.
Anyway it has been sometime since i did tribal nails but i didn’t really want to do just the usual tribal nails. I wanted to come up with something a little different that is very simple but very modern looking. I opted for a nude and navy colour scheme (how typical of me) and came up with this design! i actually really like it alot! Some of my followers on Instagram said that they look alittle like the ugly christmas sweater design, which i have to agree on. These are more simplified and tribal looking though, so they are a good alternative for anyone wanting to try something simpler and alittle different.
Sorry for not capturing more photos of this mani 😦 took these photos in a rush and didn’t get the proper lighting to take more photos subsequently. If you guys need more help or details on this mani, do leave a comment and i will gladly answer your questions. Have a nice thanksgiving! 🙂
